Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our guarantee offers an extended return period beyond the standard statutory cancellation period.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return under our additional guarantee during days 15–30:

• The product must be unused, apart from reasonable inspection.

• It must be in a clean, undamaged and resalable condition.

• All original accessories and components must be included.

• Original packaging should be included wherever possible.

• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

This additional guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your rights during the first 14 days after delivery.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email hello@siptitanium.com with:

• Your order number

• Your name and the email address used for your order

• The product you wish to return

• The reason for returning it, if you would like to share it

Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

For returns under our voluntary guarantee after the statutory cancellation period, please contact us before shipping your item so we can arrange the return correctly.

For statutory cancellations, you do not need our approval to exercise your legal right to cancel.

UK Customers — Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing eligible goods online generally have 14 days after receiving their order to cancel without giving a reason.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

During this statutory cancellation period:

• You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a physical shop.

• We may make a lawful deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

• We will refund the eligible purchase price and the cost of our standard delivery option, where required by law.

• Customers are responsible for direct return postage costs where we have provided the required pre-purchase information, unless we agree otherwise.

Your legal cancellation rights do not depend on our approval.

Extended Returns — Days 15–30

Our additional money-back guarantee allows you to request a change-of-mind return up to 30 days after delivery.

For returns requested after the statutory 14-day cancellation period:

• The product must be unused, apart from reasonable inspection, and resalable.

• All original accessories must be returned.

• Customers pay the return shipping costs.

• The original delivery charge is not refundable unless required by applicable law.

• The product must be sent back within 14 days of your return request.

For eligible returns under this voluntary guarantee, we will refund the purchase price paid for the returned product.

Items showing signs of actual use, staining, damage, alterations or missing components may be ineligible for our additional voluntary guarantee.

These conditions do not limit any statutory rights you may have.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover them.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products, SipTitanium will cover reasonable return shipping costs where legally required.

Please contact us before returning a faulty product so we can arrange the appropriate solution.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

We want every SipTitanium bottle to arrive in excellent condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, contact us at hello@siptitanium.com.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Photographs of the product or packaging, where helpful

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods for a refund.

Additional rights to repair, replacement or refund may apply after this period.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Your statutory rights are not limited by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Exchanges

If you would prefer another colour or product, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss available options.

For change-of-mind exchanges, additional shipping costs may apply.

Where the product is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law, including:

• Personalised or custom-made products

• Certain sealed products that are legally exempt from cancellation once unsealed for genuine health or hygiene reasons

Any applicable exclusions will be disclosed before purchase.

Opening ordinary product packaging does not automatically make a bottle ineligible for statutory cancellation.

These exclusions never remove your rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Sale and Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, special offers or promotional campaigns remain eligible for returns under this policy.

For eligible returns, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid after applicable discounts.

Promotional discounts do not affect statutory consumer rights.

European Union Customers

Customers purchasing eligible products online for delivery within the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Our additional 30-day change-of-mind guarantee also applies to eligible EU purchases, subject to the conditions described in this policy and any mandatory consumer protections in the customer's country.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage where lawfully disclosed, unless we agree otherwise.

Applicable statutory rights under EU and national consumer law remain unaffected.

Refund Processing

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

For eligible UK statutory cancellations, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where no goods need to be returned, the applicable statutory refund deadline will apply.

For eligible returns under our additional voluntary guarantee during days 15–30, we aim to process the refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Once processed, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

We do not charge a separate refund administration fee.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact hello@siptitanium.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate requests before dispatch.

If an order has already entered fulfilment or been shipped, changes may not be possible. Your applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue with the courier or fulfilment partner.

Where goods are lost in transit or not delivered, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Customers are not expected to resolve genuine lost-in-transit issues directly with the courier.
