If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For requests made during days 15–30 under our additional voluntary guarantee:

• Products must be unused, apart from reasonable inspection.

• Items must be clean, undamaged and in a resalable condition.

• All original accessories must be included.

• Original packaging should be included wherever reasonably possible.

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.

• Original shipping charges are not normally refunded under this additional guarantee, unless required by law.

This voluntary guarantee provides benefits beyond the standard statutory cancellation period and does not replace or restrict your legal rights.

12. UK Customers — Statutory Right to Cancel
